The new playspace at Kariong (Curringa Rd) is open for fun! Designed with community feedback, the new space has equipment suitable for children aged up to 10 years, with slides, climbing structures, a swing set, and spring rocker along with new seating and connective pathways.The playspace sits alongside the skatepark and pump track built last year, which has sheltered seating and a water refill station, and conveniently located within the Kariong Oval precinct with sports fields and a library.Nestled between mature eucalyptus trees and connected open grassed areas, this central community space offers active and passive recreational opportunities for everyone in the community to enjoy.
