Central Coast Council merger - letter to suppliers
With the establishment of the Central Coast Council, there have been some changes to how suppliers engage with council. For more information read our Letter to Suppliers.
All open public tenders and expressions of interest for contracts with an estimated value greater than $150,000 (ex GST) can be accessed and downloaded through Tenderlink, our external e-tendering portal.
Council welcomes current and potential suppliers of goods and services to register on this portal.
There is no charge for registration. To register, please click on the ‘Registration’ tab within Tenderlink.
Once you are confirmed as a registered supplier, you will be able to:
• Receive email notifications of any new opportunities we publish
• Download and view tender documentation electronically
• Participate in Q&A forums to seek clarification or to ask questions
• Submit electronic bid responses through the secure e-tender box
All tenders are also advertised in Tuesday’s Sydney Morning Herald and in Wednesday's Central Coast Express Advocate.
Recently closed and awarded tenders
Information on recently closed and selected suppliers can also be accessed through TENDERLINK, our external e-tendering portal.
This information can be found by clicking on the ‘Search Tenders’ tab at the top of the TENDERLINK welcome page.
Please view the Contract Register (Class 1), Contract Register (Class 2) or Contract Register (Class 3) for information on contracts greater than $150,000 awarded by the City of Gosford.

Prescribed agency contracts
Council may also access goods or services from agencies prescribed under S55 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) as well as the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005 (NSW). This means that council does not need to conduct an open tender process to purchase goods and services from these agencies:
Local Government Procurement
Council uses VendorPanel for quotations of selected goods and services.
VendorPanel is a supplier engagement tool for suppliers who meet council’s Work Health and Safety and insurance compliance requirements.
