Please use this form to make a request, or to submit feedback or an enquiry. 

If you suspect a major fault with the water supply or sewer network in your area (such as a water main break or sewage overflow) please do not use this form.

Instead, please contact council immediately (24 hours a day, seven days a week) on (02) 4325 8222.

The information submitted on this form will be electronically registered and forwarded to the appropriate officer for the area you select. 

If you are uncertain of the best area to send your information to, please select the ‘Other’ option provided.
