Water tanker companies must use this form to request or modify approval to cart non-potable/recycled water, and to access council’s non-potable/recycled water delivery points at Kincumber and Gosford.
Formal approval must be obtained before access can be granted.
Before submitting the application, please read the End User Management Plan for Tanker Users, including the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for the recycled water product, and agree to the terms and conditions.
You will also need to pay the applicable filling station access key deposit fee.
Failure to complete the application may result in delays in providing access to the non-potable/recycled water delivery points.
Once approval is granted, council will inspect every tanker, issue a Certificate of Compliance, provide mandatory tanker signage and conduct site inductions before providing a key or keys to access the water delivery point filling stations. Tanker drivers must fill in an Avdata System – Sale of Keys form, which registers the company and the vehicle for billing purposes, for each requested key.
The proposed use for the supplied water will determine to which water delivery point council grants access rights.
Please note: This form is not to be used for supply of drinking water to water tankers.
