This form is to be completed for temporary road closures (less than 24 hours).
Applications must be received 12 weeks prior to the proposed road closure to allow processing.
Before filling out this form please ensure you have read and agreed to the Standard Conditions for Temporary Road Closures.
As part of the application the following documents are required:
- Written agreement from all properties directly affected by the proposed temporary closure;
- Certification of public liability insurance for $20,000,000 (see standard conditions); and
- A Traffic Management Plan (TMP)/Traffic Control Plan (TCP), prepared by an RTA accredited person, showing barrier locations, warning signs, traffic control personnel.
