Central Coast Positive Ageing Strategy

The Central Coast Positive Ageing Strategy has been developed in response to the significant ageing of the region’s population. The strategy aims to support older residents to lead healthy, active and independent lives, enhancing their quality of life and participation in the community.

In addition to the strategy, there are a number of supporting document including the Background and Supporting Research Report, the Community Engagement Summary Report and a Healthy Ageing Resource.

Central Coast Quality of Life Survey

This survey aims to measure quality of life on the Central Coast. It contains information about residents' attitudes and perceptions on the ability to balance work and family, feeling part of the community, the environment, access to health services, education, commuting, employment and affordability of daily needs.
