Accessibility on Gosford City Council’s website

Accessibility is about making things usable to as many people as possible, whatever their age, ability or disability.

Gosford City Council aims to ensure our website complies with Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (commonly known as WCAG 2.0). WCAG 2.0 has been endorsed for all government websites.

We will also be continuing to develop and improve the usability of our site to ensure customer needs are being met.

What do I do if I need further assistance?

This website includes a number of portable document format (PDF) documents, audio files and video.

We are aiming to continually increase the amount of alternative formats available on our website. If you require an alternative format that is currently not available please contact council on (02) 4325 8222 or email your request to ask@centralcoast.nsw.gov.au.

Additionally, Adobe provides a number of Online Conversion Tools for PDF Documents that you may find helpful.

We encourage you to make contact with us if you have any suggestions or feedback to improve the usability of our website.
