The Peninsula Leisure Centre (PLC) offers a health and fitness experience that caters for all members of the community.
The health club is fully equipped with the latest fitness equipment, and combined with experienced and qualified fitness professionals, the PLC can help you achieve your fitness goals.
A health club membership at the PLC is a lifestyle approach, with all members receiving initial health club orientation, assessment, goal setting and program development.
This is repeated every couple of months to ensure your development continues and your program remains in line with your aims and goals.
The Peninsula Leisure Centre Health and Fitness Centre is registered with Fitness NSW.
Group fitness at the PLC occurs in a friendly environment with class targeted at a variety of participants and members.

- Les Mills classes
- The world’s most popular group fitness classes: body pump, body combat, body balance, CXWORX and RPM
- Freestyle classes
- Boxing, tabata, yoga, pilates, seniors gentle exercise, cycle and driven 2 dance

PLC Group Fitness Timetable
Many people that work out in a gym find that staying motivated, working consistently at the right intensity, and their monitoring progress is a time-consuming and difficult task.
Your trainer will help you effectively utilise your time, keep you motivated and monitor your progress, making changes to your program as required.
Personal training sessions are organised at a time to suit your lifestyle and are available in 30 minute or one hour sessions. Packs of 10 are available at discounted rates and members get a free session when buying 10 sessions.
Trainers at the PLC are all Certificate IV qualified and undergo continual training and development to ensure the advice and training provided is current and best practice. All health and fitness staff at the PLC are registered fitness professionals with Fitness Australia.
Active Over 50
The PLC offers a variety of health and fitness programs for the senior members of our local community.
Active Over 50 is a unique exercise program specifically for people who are 50 years and over.
Affordable group classes in aquafitness, gentle exercise and strength training are also available.
