Gosford City Council is committed to ensuring that everyone in our community is given fair and equitable access to our services and facilities, in order to ensure full and equal access to the life in our community.

The Disability Action Plan is Gosford City Council’s response to reducing the barriers people with disabilities face when accessing our services, facilities and community events.

The Disability Action Plan document details how Gosford City Council continues to address the barriers people with disabilities face when accessing services and facilities, both environmental and attitudinal.

Many improvements have been made to date. Gosford City Council is committed to continuing the process.

A Council Access Committee and Disability Services Officers ensure that Council continues to improve its services and facilities so that all residents and visitors can enjoy the local environment and activities.
