Gosford City Council Home and Community Care Program
Home and Community Care program's aim is to provide a comprehensive, coordinated and integrated range of basic maintenance and support services for frail aged people, people with a disability and their carer's and to support these people to be more independent at home and in the community, it thereby enhancing the quality of life and/or preventing their inappropriate admission to long term residential care.
Eligibility for HACC Services
- Eligibility to HACC services is not automatic, and allocated to those with the greatest need.
- You do not have to provide evidence of residency in order to receive a service.
- The waiting time can vary for different services
- HACC services are provided as a low cost service
