Status of Women Committee

Gosford City Council Status of Women Committee Conversations and Important Information.

Gosford City Council through the Status of Women Committee is deeply committed to addressing issues that are important to all women on the Central Coast.

This Committee's focus is on integrating women's issues into the broader Gosford City Council vision through the development of policies and initiatives and events.

The Committee heard that women and women's organisations in Gosford City that are dedicated to advancing the status of women would like to learn more about each other.

To this end the committee held a series of Conversations with women during August 2007. A summary of these meetings as well as the minutes from each meeting are provided for your information.
