This web site provides four different options from which customers may choose to contact Council.
Customers should be aware that certain communications with Council are considered to be Public Documents and are therefore discoverable under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA). Electronic Forms
Council is developing a series of electronic forms to assist our customers in their communications with Council. These forms are designed to capture specific details so that once you have completed and submitted your form to Council it is automatically distributed to the appropriate actioning officers.
The first of these electronic forms is the Free Tree Request, with additional forms to be provided shortly. There is also an electronic Customer Contact form (see below) if you would like to make a request, comment or complaint. This form is automatically distributed to the Records Information Section who will register and forward your communication to the appropriate actioning officers.
Customer Contact Form
Please use the form below if you would like to make a request, comment or complaint. The information will be electronically registered and forwarded to the appropriate officer for the area you select. If you are uncertain of the best area to send your information to, please select the [Unknown] option provided in the list.
The Preferred Response listed on the form indicates the way that you would like Council to respond to your request. Requests that are sent with "No Response" selected will not attract a response from Council.
