Customers should be aware that communications with Council by email are Public Documents and may be discovered under the Freedom of Information Act. If your communication is confidential, please indicate so in the text of the message.

Water & Sewer Emergencies

If you suspect a water main break, sewage overflow or any other fault with the water supply or sewer network in your area – contact Council immediately (24-hours a day, 7-days a week) on (02) 4325 8222.
