How to Contact Council
Council has a Customer Action Request system which records and tracks requests for service and/or concerns raised by the community.
For any concerns including such matters as water restrictions breaches, possible unauthorised development, environmental issues, rates enquiries contact Council by telephone 4325 8222 or via the customer action request form on the web or visit one of Council's Customer Service Centres.
