Planning Documents
Gosford Planning Scheme Ordinance (GPSO)
Councils main planning instrument that outlines development provisions for the different zonings, including exempt and complying development - for residential areas.
Interim Development Order No. 122 (IDO 122)
Councils planning instrument that outlines development provisions for the different zonings, including exempt and complying development - for rural areas.
Development Control Plans (DCP)
Development Controls Plans (DCPs) provide more detailed development provisions relating to specific areas and types of development.
Local Environmetal Plans (LEPs)
LEPs are not currently available on the website. If you wish to view a specific LEP please email our duty planner with the plan details and it will be sent to you.
