Bed and Breakfast

Definition - Gosford Planning Scheme Ordinance
Bed and Breakfast
means a room, or suite of rooms capable of being used as bedrooms that are within or attached to a single dwelling house and that are used for the provision, by the permanent residents of the dwelling house, of short term paid accommodation.

Businesses operated from non-residential premises include:
