The charges listed are correct as at the time of their adoption by Council.
Where the system shows that the Goods and Services Tax is applicable to a particular item the liability for the Tax was decided on in the Terms of the Current Advice from the Australian Tax Office.
All fees & charges quoted include the GST if applicable.
Council reserves the right to vary any charges subject to rulings from the Australian Tax Office or other Statutory bodies.
