Eco Driving Program

Economic Driving - Gosford and Wyong Councils are developing a new driver education program based on the principles of Eco-driving.  The aim of this program is to improve the sustainability of both Councils through reducing fleet emissions of CO2 and other air pollutants, and to reduce fleet costs associated with fuel use.

Primary Schools - The Greenhouse Program - Congratulations to the 2012 winners of The Greenhouse Program!  Environment School of the Year went to: Large School - Point Clare Public School, Medium School - The Coast Christian School and Small School - Somersby Public School.   Mayoral Award for Performing Arts went to Ettalong Public School.  Special Awards went to Holgate Public School for Best Habitat School and Copacabana Public School for the Most Projects and also the Visual Art Award.
