Community Printing Grants Program
"Assistance for volunteer based non-profit community organisations by providing them with printing of material to be used for promotion and management"
Program Information
Gosford City Council’s Community Printing Program assists volunteer based, non-profit community organisations who provide a service to residents of Gosford Local Government Area by providing them with a limited amount of printed material to be used for the promotion and management of such organisations.
Successful applicants are provided with a maximum dollar ($) amount in credit that can be accessed through Council’s Print Room Services e.g. $120 credit. Printing is calculated at cost price.
The amount provided is dependent upon the number of successful applications received. The maximum amount that individual community organisations can access under this program on an annual basis will be sent to successful applicants after the closing date.
Eligible applicants must be:
· Volunteer based community organisations and groups
· Not for profit
· Operating in and providing a service and benefit to the residents of the Gosford Local Government Area
· Operating on a budget of less than $25 000.00 per year
· For printed materials that are used to promote and manage the organisation/ group

For non-profit community organisations who are not eligible for printing, you can access 'At Cost' printing through Council's print room. Call 43258245 to access 'At Cost' printing.
On occasion, groups who are eligible in the Community Printing program have remaining printing allocations that they do not use, you can also register to access any remaining allocations. You can register at any time of the year, but if any funds are available and your organisation is successful, notification would not be until June 1 and all printing will need to be completed by the end of June of the same year. Please note: there is no gaurantee that there will always be funding available.
