Group Fitness at the Peninsula Leisure Centre occurs in a friendly environment with class targeted at a variety of participants and members.
Classes Include
Les Mills Classes
The worlds most popular group fitness classes including - Body Pump, Body Step, Body Combat, Body Balance and RPM.
Freestyle Classes
TBT, HI-LOW, Boxing, Yoga, Pilates, Fit Ball, Gentle Seniors, Hot Cycle.
Aquarobic Classes
Aquarobics, Deep Water, High Energy, Lite n Easy, Gentle, Aqua Power
Tai Chi
Very slow gentle movements that are great for managing arthritis, improving posture and balance, increasing strength and promoting flexibility. Thursdays 11.30am.
New participants need to attend a beginners one off fast track class on the 1st Thursday of the month at 12.30pm, $7.00per visit.
