Many people that work out in a gym find that staying motivated, working consistently at the right intensity, and monitoring progress is a time consuming and difficult task. However, working with your own PLC Personal Trainer can alleviate many of these problems.

Personal Training sessions are organised at a time to suit your lifestyle and are available in 30 min or 1 hour sessions. Packs of 10 are available at discounted rates and members get a free session when buying 10 sessions.

Personal Trainers

Trainers at the PLC are all Certificate IV qualified and undergo continual training and development to ensure the advice and training provided is current and best practice. 

All health and fitness staff at the PLC are registered fitness professionals with Fitness Australia
