Bus stops at the front of the Library.
Woy Woy Rail Station from Sydney and Newcastle is within 500 metres of the Library.
Parking
One hour parking is available at the rear of the Library building, entrance in Oval Avenue. A disabled parking space is provided.
Limited parking is also available in Council Car Parks and Peninsula Plaza carpark. There is limited street parking.

The library has disabled access via a ramp at the front of the building.
Facilities
Public toilets, disabled toilet and baby changing room are available within the building.
Branch History
The library was originally built in 1931 to function as the Woy Woy Council Chambers. The architectural style is Interwar Georgian Revival, and is a heritage listed building.
In August 1948 Woy Woy library branch started operations in one room of the building. It is the oldest Branch Library in the Gosford library system.
The building was extended and refurbished in 2002.
