About Online Notices

How to register and receive notices through our electronic notice service.

What is our on-line notice service?

Council's on-line notice service is a convenient alternative for customers who would prefer to access rates and water notices electronically. Once registered, customers will still receive the initial Rates Notice sent at end of July each year through Australia Post, as well as an online copy, however instalment notices will only be available online.

How does it work?

Customers who have registered for the on-line notice service will receive an email notification one month prior to the due date for payment of the account, advising there is a notice available online.

After logging in, you can view and printout rates notices, instalment notices and water consumption accounts for your records. Customers can register to pay by Direct Debit or use your printed copy to make a payment at any Post Office, Bill Express Agency or B/Pay.

Can I use the notice to make a payment at the Bank?

Customers are advised that printed notices cannot be used for payment at the Westpac Bank. You may however, pay by credit card by clicking on the "Payment" tab located on the web page.

Can I see my payment history or account balance?

No - payment transactions or current balance information are not available from this service.
