The next Living Library is on Wednesday 2 December 2009, at 3pm in the Erina Fair Library Foyer.


Living Library presents:

Sharyn Killens, author of "The Inconvenient Child: an abandoned Australian child struggles to survive and find her American father".

Come and hear author Sharon Killens share her moving true story of survival as an abandoned Australian child trying to find her African American Father. From King Cross to the deep American south, Sharon's story is one that will amaze you. Don't miss out on this opportunity to share the trials and triumphs of this inspirational author.

The Living Library offers borrowers an opportunity to understand the lives of people in their community better - such as those who have faced hardship or prejudice, or people from diverse life experiences & backgrounds. It is just like a regular library with one difference: in the Living Library the “books” are people.
