Do you want to know about home schooling, the stolen generation, international aid workers, feminism, gifted children, parenting a child with a disability, homeschooling, foster caring and more?
The Living Library is currently being re-structured and will re-commence in August 2009.
The Living Library offers borrowers an opportunity to understand the lives of people in their community better - such as those who have faced hardship or prejudice, but especially people from diverse life experiences & backgrounds. It is just like a regular library with one difference: in the Living Library the “books” are people.
The theme of our Living Library is "A World of Conversations".
