Stormwater drainage works on Woy Woy Road

Stormwater drainage system upgrade works are scheduled to commence on Monday 13 July 2009 along Woy Woy Road at Bulls Hill and will continue until mid September 2009.
Synergy Resource Management
, a contractor of Gosford City Council, will carry out the works and will also regulate traffic from both directions past the work site.Motorists should expect minor delays throughout the construction period between 8.30am and 3.30pm on weekdays and possibly on some weekends.
Stephen Glen, Director of City Services at Gosford City Council, advises that when completed these stormwater drainage works will improve driving conditions for motorists during periods of heavy rainfall.
"Whilst traffic controllers will regulate two-way traffic past the work site, motorists may elect to detour via Brisbane Water Drive during the construction period to avoid delays", added Mr Glen.
Council apologises for any inconvenience the works may cause.
