Children will enjoy free giveaways and the chance to try out the new equipment when Mayor Laurie Maher officially opens the Kariong Hall playground in Woy Woy Road, Kariong, tomorrow (October 21) at 9am. 

The playground is the fourth to be opened in Gosford City in four weeks and one of ten  new playground constructions in the last 12 months. 

The Kariong Hall playground includes climbing and spinning units, swings, slippery dip and sandstone sculptures on a tree-covered reserve. 

The playground was made possible through development contributions collected by Council in the Kariong area.
