The Operational Plan is part of the Delivery Program and outlines Council's individual actions in response to the Delivery Program for a specific year within the 4 year period.
The Operational Plan is in two parts, Part A Detailed Programs and Projects Operational Plan 2012/2013 Part A and Part B Statement of Revenue Policy Operational Plan 2012/2013 Part B is prepared on a financial year basis with a new plan prepared for each of the 4 years of the Delivery Program.
