Peter Pan – A Musical Adventure

Gosford Musical Society invites the young and young at heart to join them on a journey through a galaxy of stars, to the magical place called Neverland.

The legend of Peter Pan has been delighting children for over one hundred years, and this faithful version is an exciting adventure, perfect for the whole family.

Featuring music and lyrics by the award-winning duo George Stiles and Anthony Drewe, and based on the book by Willis Hall, you can join the Darling children: Wendy, John and Michael as they are whisked away to Neverland by eternal boy, Peter Pan.

Gosford Musical Society has engaged some of the Society’s finest creative members to bring this spectacular children's show to the stage.

Co-directors Lauren Miller (Hairspray, Mary Poppins choreographer) and Casey Thompson (Mary Poppins herself), and Choreographer Kristy Kirkman lead a talented production team and cast of principal and supporting  characters including: mermaids, fairies, the Lost Boys, Pirates, Indians and of course the dastardly Captain James Hook, all bound to ensure a truly magical experience.

The infectious score - directed by Musical Director Bronwynne Anderson - along with a spectacular mix of swashbuckling adventure and the 50-strong cast of Peter Pan, guarantees to coax forth one's inner child, and send you reeling 'Just Beyond the Stars'.
